Two-factor authentication
Authenticator-app two-factor login and single-use recovery codes are available to platform staff, client admins, supervisors, and agents. Enrollment is currently optional.
Audit logging
Actions taken by platform staff on a client's account — billing adjustments, fraud holds, impersonation — are recorded in an audit log.
Fraud and abuse controls
Daily spend limits, hourly call limits, and concurrent-call limits guard against runaway usage, with a manual fraud hold available to platform staff.
Messaging compliance
In-app 10DLC brand and campaign registration keeps US business texting within carrier compliance rules.
Not yet in place
Dialzis does not currently hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certification, and does not offer single sign-on (SSO). If your business requires either, please contact us before signing up so we can tell you honestly whether Dialzis fits your requirements today.
